I specialize in creating personalized travel experiences rather than simply booking reservations. Every itinerary is carefully researched and tailored to your travel style, priorities, and budget. I’ll help you narrow down the best destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, and experiences while providing expert recommendations and support throughout the planning process.
To ensure I can dedicate the time and attention every client deserves, I charge a one-time planning fee of $75 for single-destination itineraries and $125 for multi-destination itineraries. This fee covers the research, itinerary design, supplier sourcing, and personalized recommendations that go into planning your trip. Unlike agencies that focus on high-volume bookings, I work with a limited number of clients so I can provide a concierge-level planning experience. My primary compensation still comes from travel suppliers after you complete your trip, so this is the only planning fee you’ll pay to me.
Please note that I work with clients whose minimum accommodation budget is $4,000 (before airfare, unless otherwise discussed). This allows me to focus on the level of service and travel experiences I specialize in. If your trip falls outside of that range, I completely understand. While I may not be the best fit, I’m always happy to point you toward another travel advisor or resource that may better suit your needs.
