Your planning fee covers my expertise, personalized research, itinerary development, booking management, and support throughout the planning process.

How It Works
1. Tell Me About Your Trip
We’ll start by getting to know you and your vision for the trip—where you want to go, how you like to travel, your priorities, budget, travel style, and the experiences that matter most to you.
And if you don’t know exactly where you want to go yet, that’s okay. Part of my job is helping you narrow down the possibilities.
2. I Research & Design Your Trip
This is where I do the heavy lifting.
I research destinations, hotels, routes, transportation, experiences, and logistics to create personalized recommendations based on your priorities.
I’ll give you my professional opinion, explain the pros and cons when there are decisions to make, and help refine the trip until we have an itinerary you’re excited about.
3. I Take Care of the Details
Once we’ve designed your trip, I coordinate the bookings and logistics and keep everything organized in one place.
As your departure approaches, I’ll make sure you have the information you need—from travel documents and transportation details to important destination and entry information—so you aren’t scrambling to figure things out at the last minute.
4. You Go. I’m Still Here.
My job doesn’t end when you leave home.
If something unexpected comes up while you’re traveling, you’ll have a real person to contact who already knows you, your trip, and your itinerary.
No starting from scratch. No explaining your entire vacation to someone who has never seen your reservation.
